This is a really short video on an extremely powerful tool within ZBrush. Reproject Higher Subdiv Levels is an extremely helpful tool when creating clothes wrinkles, or keeping that detail you just finished sculpting in but wish to do more.

There is a new video on the DID YOU KNOW THAT THREAD that will show you how to pose your character using two major ZBrush PlugIns (Subtool Master and Transpose Master). Please FOLLOW THIS LINK to download the PlugIns. The video will also show how to use the two plugins together to quickly create multiple poses within ZBrush.
