The most hilarious images to hit the ZBC in a long time, Pedro Conti’s (ZBC member pedroconti’s) show-stopping viking is as fabulous as his teeny weeny pink martini. Pedro’s sculpting talents and his friend Alex Angelis’s rigging expertise have brought this very dismayed viking to life! Pedro shares some videos, pics of the WIPs, and his lighting setup for his incredible finished images. Make sure to take a look!

21 ZBC artists participated in the forum that we created to house the contest and today we’re pleased to be bringing you the winners list! All four of the winners used ZBrush and the results are spectacular!

ZBrush Interview: MPC on The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

In December, audiences were transported yet again to the magical world of Narnia, this time with an epic journey aboard the Dawn Treader. Due to its literary legacy, “The Chronicles of Narnia” is considered to be one of the biggest movie franchises in the world. The series has now grossed over $1.5 billion, making it the 15th highest grossing movie series in history!

In bringing the third film to the screen, MPC was contracted to provide a number of assets and shots for key sequences. They used ZBrush to help them achieve this and we have since been able to speak with them about their work on the film.

Today, it’s our pleasure to present that interview to you! It’s been a while in the making, but we’re confident that you’ll find it to be an interesting and informative read.

Read the interview HERE.
