Digital Tutors has recently released a new ZBrush tutorial, “Create a Digital Maquette: From Concept to High Resolution Sculpt” under their Creative Development umbrella. The tutorial goes through the creation of a digital maquette from the very concept stage to the final high resolution sculpt.
