“ Killzone 3 is easily one of the best looking games on any current platform, and makes war-torn worlds look beautiful. ”
– Anthony Gallegos, IGN

Killzone 3 is a first-person shooter developed for the PlayStation 3 by Guerrilla Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. While it is the fourth installment in the Killzone series, it is the first to be presented in 3D and with motion controls using the new PlayStation Move controllers.

As of February 22, 2011 Killzone 3 has taken consoles in North America by storm and Pixologic could not be more pleased to be able to release this interview so closely following the game! For anyone interested in the work that went on behind the scenes of this major production and how ZBrush helps the artists realize their vision, you’ll get to read it here first!

IGN has named this title an “Editor’s Choice” with an overall score of 8.5 out of 10. This was in no small part due to the whopping 9.5 score for the graphics created by Art and Animation Director Jan-Bart van Beek and Senior Character Artist Rudy Massar. We hope you enjoy reading this interview with two such talented digital artists!
