In this series, Thomas Roussel creates Kylo Ren’s Lightsaber from Star Wars for the purpose of 3D printing it for cosplay.
This first video overviews the whole process and focuses on the creation of the body and main parts.

The whole process is using the ZModeler, the Live Boolean and advanced functions like Array Mesh, but never go too much in details, making this creation easy to follow for someone who as a little bit of knowledge of ZBrush.
