ZBrush Diagnostic Download

Step 1

Download the latest version of the ZBrush Diagnostic Utility using the link below and run the installer. The utility will be installed in the Troubleshoot Help folder within your ZBrush 20XX directory.)

Chrome Users: Right-click on the download button and choose 'open in new tab.'

Windows Download macOS Download

*Requires ZBrush 2022 or above


Step 2

Make sure that ZBrush/ZBrushCore/ZBrushCoreMini is closed, then double-click the diagnostic utility to run it.


Step 3

After creating the diagnostic summary file, your computer will open a window to its folder (the ZBrushData20XX\support folder) and will open the Support website.

If you were asked to create this report by our team, reply to your existing Support ticket and click the Add File link so that you can attach the most recently created summary file.

If you are creating this report before submitting a ticket, simply click the Submit a Ticket button and follow the on-screen instructions. On the screen where you enter your ticket details, be sure to also click the Add File link so that you can attach the most recently created summary file.

For ZBrush 2021.7.1 and above, the utility is already installed in your ZBrush installation’s Troubleshoot Help folder.
