Athul the Witch Doctor
My workflow in creating Athul is actually very similar when I created Elite Soldier quite a while back. I would start out by analyzing the concept and I would decide which part would be a 1-piece-mesh and which part would be a separate mesh. Once that is done and the low-res mesh is created, I would then start to import them into Zbrush and start sculpting it one by one. I would generally sculpt out the sillouette and volume of each subtool to the point that I like, and then sculpted out the details. The character is still in T-pose at this stage. Only when all those detailing is done, i would then start posing it with the Transpose tool and then do the final detailing process.
