Spanish Startup is 3D Printing Toys out of Children’s Imaginary Friends

Moyupi Lead In

A Spanish startup known as Moyupi is taking children’s drawings of their imaginary friends and turning them into toys through 3D printing. 3D printed versions of children’s sketches have been thought to be a big part of the 3D printing market since the beginning, but Moyupi plans to take it to the next level through their use of PLA as opposed to binder jetting color technology. This greatly increases the quality of the print and makes them more suitable for toys. Naturally, the software of choice used to transform the drawings into 3D models for printing is ZBrush 4R7.
