Stop Motion Film Blends CGI with 3D Printing
ZBrush Central member Gilles-alexandre Deschaud has been kind enough to share some of his work for a film he is working on called “Chase Me.” He describes the film as a hybrid of stop motion and CGI. The characters and environments have been created digitally within ZBrush and then 3D printed in order to film the stop motion sequences. Gilles used a Form1+ printer to print the models which are what you see in the film.
