Traditional style toy set created in an untraditional manner
Eva Sbaraini and Marco Autilio have taken a new approach to creating children’s toys. Not only are they choosing characters that are quite a departure from the usual soldiers and beauty queens, the process in which they create the toys is anything but traditional. The articulated figure used for this Frida Kahlo toy set was made using ZBrush for the purpose of being 3D printed and then assembled. The model is designed to be able to be customized easily while still being moveable and posable. Eva has even provided the base model for anyone to download and use for themselves!
