• Pixologic reserves the right to modify its pricing, policies, products, product specifications and services without notice at any time. Pixologic is not liable for errors that may be found on this site, including graphical or typographical.
• Pixologic reserves the right to alter its upgrade policy at any time and without notice.
• No mark, graphic, sound or image from the site may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by Pixologic. Various sections of the site showcase works of creative professionals, such materials whether Pixologic materials, or user content, belong to their creators and are protected by Intellectual Property Rights and are for display purposes only. Accordingly, you may not download, reuse or print these works unless there is a notice associated with the work expressly permitting such uses.
• Grid Library, Matcaps, Alphas and Textures Downloads: All resources in our Download Center are royalty free for your own use. They can be modified or used for both personal and commercial purposes, without asking for permission or giving credits to the artists. However, you may not distribute these resources to others, either for sale or free of charge.
• We respect the Intellectual Property Rights of others and we expect our users to do the same.

To use Pixologic subscription services you must have internet access for any machine running the software. You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to become a member of any Pixologic subscription service. Individuals under the age of 18, or applicable age of majority, may utilize the service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, under such person's account and subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will continue without renewal notice until you cancel. Subscription payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. If canceled, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. You must cancel your service before it renews to avoid billing of the next period's fees. Cancellations can be made at any time by visiting your My Licenses page. Pixologic reserves the right to change subscription pricing at its sole discretion. Should a change take place which affects your account you will be notified in advance by email sent to your registered email address.
