Since 1997, ZBrush has introduced innovations that revolutionized the CG industry, specifically in the digital sculpting field. We are thrilled and proud to announce the next milestone in the ZBrush story for the continuing advancement of digital artistry. Pending regulatory approval later this month, we will be joining Maxon and their software ecosystem.
The ZBrush team led by Ofer Alon (Pixolator) will continue to bring you the most cutting-edge innovations in digital sculpting. This commitment to excellence has been our philosophy since the inception of ZBrush twenty-four years ago. With the addition of the talented Maxon team and our combined know-how, the future for existing and new ZBrush users looks brighter than ever.
This exciting new era will bring an infusion of technology and skills, making it possible for us to take this pioneering spirit to the next level. After witnessing the evolution of 3D art driven by our one-of-a-kind artist community, we can't wait to see what you - the artist - will create in ZBrush for decades to come.
We will be sharing more exciting details with you in the near future. You can expect the same close relationship we've maintained with all of you, without whom ZBrush could never have become what it is today. We are looking forward to beginning the next chapter together at our new home with Maxon.
Maxon Computer is a leading developer of 3D software for the creative industries, best known for its flagship 3D modeling, painting, rendering, and animation software, Cinema 4D.
Questions? As much as we would love to pass on more details right now we are not permitted to do so until we receive regulatory approval and the transaction has closed. What we can say is that we believe this will be great for all of the artists from both of our communities and we can't wait to tell you more in the near future.
