This is the fifth part of a figurine creation series that was broadcasted on ZBrushLIVE. Using ZBrush, Thomas digitally sculpts 2B of the NieR Automata video game using fan art as reference.
Thomas presentation is focused on the detailing of the clothes and other various refinements.
Multiple discussions are made around 3D printing with a part where a model is exported to Preform, the Formlabs 3D printer management tools, to explain some of the 3D printing constraints.
In ZBrush he’ll cover quick shape creation with basic primitives, part deformations for adding details, stitching brushes, usage of the ZModeler to add seam lines and much more.
