In this new series, Thomas Roussel creates a Kylo Ren helmet from Star Wars for the purpose of 3D printing it for cosplay.
For this fourth video, Thomas explained how he finalized the design of the helmet with the scratchs and other details like the micro dotted visor creation. Then he switched to the long process of preparing the parts for 3D printing, with the help of the Live Boolean.
The latest part is dedicated to some more “real word” issues: how to make the parts fitting the 3D printer build size, how the two main parts will connect with magnets, etc.
