In this new series, Thomas Roussel creates a Kylo Ren helmet from Star Wars for the purpose of 3D printing it for cosplay.
For this fith video, Thomas is coming back on the 3D printing process and some of the post process steps like gluing, sanding, using some putty to fill the gaps and more.
Some of the already printed parts will be shown letting see you the progress of the project. This whole video is focused only on the “real world” part and not anymore about ZBrush.
Some of the tools used to do the post process will be presented, coming mainly from Japan.
