Continuing the roadmap to ZBrush 3,
Pixologic, makers of the award-winning program ZBrush, have announced the release of a new plug-in, ZAppLink. ZAppLink is a free plug-in that extends and enhances ZBrush’s texturing and illustration capabilities by automating the connection with programs such as Photoshop, Painter, and Illustrator.

ZAppLink works with click-button ease and continues Pixologic’s commitment to providing innovative tools to support next generation artists forging the work of tomorrow. Kris Costa, CG Artist at Café FX, says, “ZAppLink is a no limits texturing experience. It is an easy-to-use tool that gives you access to the best of both worlds and allows you to take full advantage of all of Photoshop’s image editing tools.”
