Star Wars Kylo Ren Lightsaber #4: Fan Art: Cosplay & 3D Printing – Thomas Roussel

In this series, Thomas Roussel creates Kylo Ren’s Lightsaber from Star Wars for the purpose of 3D printing it for cosplay.
This fourth and last video is about the finalization and 3D printing preparation and process of the Lightsaber parts.

This session will be dedicated on finalizing some details and finishing all the splits and parts separation for 3D printing using the Live Boolean, but also fixing or refining some parts. Then Thomas switched to the 3D printing setup through Preform, for the Form2 SLA printer from Formlabs. He will finish the video by showing the printer starting a print of some parts of the Lightsaber.
