Richard Taylor, Weta Workshop, and Weta Digital’s recent notable films and projects include Thor: Ragnarok, Blade Runner 2049, Ghost in the Shell, Power Rangers, and Mad Max: Fury Road, with the addition of massive franchises including Lord of Rings, The Hobbit, Chronicles of Narnia, Avatar, Various Marvel and DC properties, TV productions, tabletop games, and more!
Richard and his team at Weta have been nominated and won numerous Academy Awards for The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, Return of the King, and Peter Jackson’s King Kong. Richard has specifically won Oscars for Visual Effects, Costume Design, and Best Makeup.
